Founded by brothers Rob and Phil Burzynski, The Moving Company has a tradition of excellence. Phil cut his teeth in the U.S. Army as an infantryman in Afghanistan in 2011 and 2015, serving two combat tours.

Yes, we offer two types of insurance coverage for your items. 1) Free released value coverage, which pays 60 cents per pound of belongings at no charge. 2) Purchasable standard valuation coverage that you can buy. Talk to us today for more information on insurance coverage pricing.

Costs for your move start with a virtual (via a smartphone video) or an in-person walkthrough showing us everything you need to move. Our moving estimators will examine the items you need to be relocated, then determine an estimate for the total weight of the items to move, drive time, and the carrying distance.
Peak moving times are during the summer, from mid-May to mid-August, because kids aren’t in school, and the warm weather is much better for moving items. If you want to have better flexibility for your moving date, choose a time from September to April. Make sure you book your movers several months in advance (we prefer at least three or four months’ notice), particularly if you’re moving during the busy season.
Yes, we can. Hire us to pack as many or as few of your items as you want. Our team can pack everything in boxes, wrap your fragile items properly, and make sure you don’t have to do a thing.
